I chose that picture for this blog, because Donald Trump didn't know how to close an umbrella, for he is a man-baby.
Yesterday, Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi wrote Trump a letter that rescinded her invitation to give a State of the Union speech until the government reopens, citing security problems.
The real reason she did is because while the government remains shutdown, and have a divided America, Trump was going to use this platform to give a partisan speech that would attempt to divide us more which it was reported that White House aide Stephen Miller was going to write Trump's State of the Union speech.
You knew that having the spotlight taken away from Donald Trump was going to cause him to retaliate like a man-baby, and retaliate like one, is exactly how he did.
"Due to the Shutdown, I am sorry to inform you that your trip to Brussels, Egypt, and Afghanistan has been postponed," Trump wrote in a response letter to the Speaker of the House. "We will reschedule this seven-day excursion when the Shutdown is over."
He did give her a caveat.
"Obviously, if you would like to make your journey by flying commercial, that would certainly be your prerogative," Trump wrote.
That's right, that's the president of the United States telling the Speaker of the House she can visit troops in a war zone via commercial airlines, not mention that he just put her life at risk regardless of how she got there.
