Kaitlin Bennett's name came to fame after posting tweets of her walking around the campus of Kent State University with an AR-10 after graduating.
"Understandably, carrying a giant gun on a campus infamous for the shooting deaths of four students is the sort of thing that gets a rise out of some people," wrote Rafi Schwartz of Splinter. "Which was what Bennett wanted, obviously. The next natural thing to do was go on Fox & Friends."
While appearing on Fox & Friends, Bennett said that she was a victim of racism.
“I was not expecting the blatant racism that’s been thrown at me. The right out death threats," Bennett said, replying to a Steve Doocy "joke." "What kind of racism?" Doocy asked Bennett.
“They’re saying I have white privilege for going out on campus with my AR-10!” answered Bennett. “They are saying that this all has to do with me being white. I think that’s very insulting to minorities. I don’t think anything bad would happen to them. I actually had a black police officer with me the whole time.”
Her understanding of how racism works during this incident wouldn't be the last time, for if she is so disgusted by racism, why would she tweet this?:
First of all, this is why Elizabeth Warren was stupid to fall for Trump's "Pocahontas" game, because unfortunately, America is full of dumb people who will enjoy Trump one-liner's attacking Warren if the two were to go face to face in a 2020 presidential election.
Second of all, her tweet was racist. "Handed" is an interesting way of writing "murdered."
Third of all, she doesn't know what a nomination is. Sen. Warren would be the "nominee" for the Democratic Party in Bennett's scenario. The winner of Trump or Warren would be "elected," or "re-elected." And let's fucking hope that it's not a re-election.
