Donald Trump's narcissism knows no bounds. We know this thanks to his answer when asked what he was thankful for in which he said that he was thankful for himself.
Trump said he was thankful, "for having a great family and for having made a tremendous difference in this country. I've made a tremendous difference in the country. This country is so much stronger now than it was when I took office that you wouldn't believe it."
"And I mean, you see, but so much stronger people can't even believe it. When I see foreign leaders they say we cannot believe the difference in strength between the United States now and the United States two years ago."
It boggles the mind that this guy is our President, and that people support this guy.
An aspect of conservative rhetoric I found honorable was the notion that we are capable of bettering our lives, and that we don't need a government to do it. Not that government shouldn't exist, or doesn't have an important role, but that individuals and a community could uplift themselves. That we don't need to make ourselves dependent upon bureaucracy.
Trump and his supporters have destroyed that myth of conservatism, as they have done for other conservative myths.
Trump clearly views himself as a dictator, which is why he attacks Judges who stand in the way of him doing whatever he wants. To hell with the rule of law.
Sorry Trump, but I don't need a fucking dictator, and neither does anyone else in the United States of America.
And to you Trump supporters: Fuck you!
