We knew Trump's Texas rally for Ted Cruz, a man he called "Lyin" Ted, would be awful. And boy did it live up to the hype, when he decided that it was time for him and his supporters to party like it was the 1930's.
Trump talked about the MS-13 "threat", Beto's O'Rourke's sanctuary cities, and why America needs voter ID laws. But he's not a white supremacist.
Trump went on to discuss the anti-semitic topic of "globalists," in as Splinter points out, in the very sentence he called himself a "nationalist." But he's totally not a white supremacist.
What Trump said via Splinter:
After condemning “radical Democrats,” Trump asked the crowd, “You know what a globalist is, right?” After leaving a several second silence, filled with boos, he continued, “A globalist is a person who wants the globe to do well, frankly, not caring about our country so much.”
He went on: “You know, they have a word, it sort of became old fashioned. It’s called, a nationalist... we’re not supposed to use that word. You know what I am? I’m a nationalist.”
Some loved it:
Others recognized the Trump's rhetoric and the crowds reaction for what it was, and gave us a good title for the blog:
That they are Aaron, that they are....
