After flying home from his incoherent-treasonous summit with Vladimir Putin, Trump went to be interviewed by the Trump-State television network Fox News, and he favorite propagandist Sean Hannity.
Trump would call Strzok “a disgrace to our country” (the idea that someone who had that performance with Putin would say shows how insane and childish our president is) and further say, “You have to find out, who did Peter Strzok report to? Because it was James Comey and it was McCabe, but it was also probably Obama. If you think that Obama didn’t know what was going on..”
I have a lot of complaints about Obama, the National Defense Authorization Act, being one of many. But the idea that this fucking asshole would continue a nonsense conspiracy he created, claim Obama was breaking the rule of law as this illiterate continues to not understand how the government works, is an unrelenting onslaught of nonsense.
He would later paraphrased Putin, who apparently told Trump Mueller’s investigation was “just a phony witch hunt.” Hannity would say their was Russian meddling, but it was Hillary and the Steele dossier. For Trump, Hannity, and Trump supporters, they seem to be confused about what makes working with a private investigator and a foreign government different. Trump claimed that for Putin when he hears about the dossier “it makes him angry when he sees it.” Ah, poor Putin.
In Sean Hannity’s interview, Trump would bring up the insane offer of American and Russian investigators working together by Putin.
“He is willing to let Robert Mueller’s people go over there and bring a big investigation of those people, working together with the Russian investigators.”
After a night of sleep, did Donald Trump realize he made some mistakes?
"I accept our intelligence community's conclusion that Russia's meddling in the 2016 election took place" Trump said. "Could be other people also. A lot of people out there." I have no idea who the other people are, Tucker Carlson would say Mexico. Trump also explained that he meant to say “wouldn’t” instead of “would,” when during the summit press conference Trump said, “I don’t see why it would be Russia,” when asked about Russian election meddling.
Trump didn’t make a mistake. He didn’t have an epiphany of any kind. At best you can say Trump is schizophrenic. I don’t think he is. I think he’s just a narcissistic liar, he looked like he was being forced to say that, just like after the events of Charlottesville.
