Stephen Miller was not the only to be called out this week, but Fox News host Laura Ingraham, described perfectly as a “Monster,” by non other than her older brother, Curtis Ingraham. While talking with The Daily Beast, he apparently repeated calling his sister a monster. “I think she’s a monster,” her brother Curtis would say throughout the interview.
On June 20, 2018, he criticized his sister on Twitter, on her remarks about child detention centers and gun control activist David Hogg:
Once again, I am in full support of David Hogg. My sister’s recently comments likening child detention centers to summer camps is beyond disturbing. Where is her humanity? Sad and tragic.
My sister’s repeated mean spirited, flip and insensitive remarks makes me, her brother, question her very humanity. Your continued sponsorship is disturbing to say the least.
Laura Ingraham would apologize on twitter for what she said about David Hogg, but only because she was losing advertisers like crazy.
When asked where Laura learned all her hate, Curtis replied on Aug 9, 2018:
Where did she learn all this hate? I am so sorry you have to be associated with her.
We grew up with an abusive, alcoholic father who was a Nazi sympathizer. Like father like daughter?! This was the familial soil that gave bloom to my sister's anger.
On Sep 1, 2018:
My sister's racist comments date back to her freshman days at Dartmouth when she would mock her black roommate by speaking jive with her friends. Shameful!
The Daily Beast on their interview:
In a telephone interview with The Daily Beast, the soft-spoken older brother criticized Laura’s show, described her personality as “destructive,” and characterized her as generally “extremely angry.”
“She’s very smart, she’s well spoken, but her emotional heart is just kind of dead,” he said. “And you see it in her face when you see her on TV. She’s ready to destroy. She does not listen to understand—she listens to respond. And her response is always an attack.”
In a statement to The Daily Beast, Laura Ingraham said, “My siblings and I are shocked and saddened to learn of these false and hurtful online postings. Although we’ve been estranged from him for many years, we love our brother and miss him very much.”
I can see why he’s been estranged from his family, and especially Laura. Who non-monster person would want to spend time with a sister like Laura Ingraham?
When she goes onto her television show and said:
In some parts of the country, it does seem like the America that we know and love doesn’t exist anymore. Massive demographic changes have been foisted on the American people, and they are changes that none of us ever voted for, and most of us don’t like.
Today we are reminded again of why our law has to be enforced, borders strengthened, and the wall built, loopholes closed, and sanctuary city policies ended once and for all.
But she’s not racist….
