Of Course Right Wing Media Would Love Jair Bolsonaro

Screenshot: Fox News via YouTube

It doesn't matter that Brazil's new President Jair Bolsonaro, has threatened to purge political opponents, or has the New York Times has pointed out: threaten to shut down congress, kill 30,000 people, and destroy indigenous rights.

So of course, capitalists, right-wingers, and the President of the United States are fucking pumped!

Like Hugh Hewitt, who posted this repugnant tweet:

Other news outlets:

- Laura Ingraham said Brazilians are “looking at Bolsonaro as someone who’s more like Trump, who’s going to get back to the basics on the economy. And I bet Bolsonaro and Trump form a very productive relationship trade-wise -- watch the trade deal that’s going to come out of this Bolsonaro-Trump relationship.”

Brazil is a fascist country now, but at least we can make money from it. And Laura isn't a fascist.

- Boris Epshteyn of Sinclair said "President Trump's country-first policies are becoming more popular around the globe. Hopefully the positions shared by these two leaders will result in a strong and mutually beneficial relationship between the U.S. and Brazil.

- Gateway Pundit's Jim Hoft, wrote that Reuters "calls Bolsonaro 'far right' because he openly opposes communism.

Yes, that's the reason. Not that he's down with a military dictatorship, or anything like that.

- Pamela Gellar wrote: "Corrupt left-wing politicians have destroyed Brazil’s economy and made Brazilian cities unsafe. In 2017 alone, Brazil recorded close to 60,000 homicides. As a result, conservative politician Jair Bolsonaro is riding a wave of popularity similar to what the United States experienced with President Trump

I guess it will be safe having the police going around with Bolsonaro allowing them to kill indiscriminately.

Mike Cernovich tweeted his support:

This is the guy Jimmy Dore chose to get in a foxhole with to end war?
