Parkland dad and student tell Senator Rubio to stick it

Sadly there was another fatal shooting in Sebring, Florida, that saw at least 5 people killed at a central Florida bank.

"Today has been a tragic day in our community," Sebring Police Chief Karl Hoglund said during a press conference. "We've suffered a significant loss at the hands of a senseless criminal doing a senseless crime."

Florida Senator Marco Rubio said that he was "saddened by the tragic crime today," and asked people to "pray for the families of the victims."

Victims from the Parkland mass shooting essentially told the Senator to stick it where the sun don't shine.

David Hogg pointed out that despite people of the state of Florida being murdered due to gun violence once again, the government is going to do nothing but say "thoughts and prayers."

A Parkland father who lost a child in the Parkland mass shooting, noted that Rubio continues to not mention that guns were involved, and that "the only place thoughts and prayers lead is to a cemetery."

Someone on Twitter posted a montage of Marco Rubio saying that he is praying for people dying due to gun violence.

As a Parkland survivor asked, when are you going to actually do something more tangible than say "thoughts and prayers"...
