Paul Ryan did more to serve corporations and the rich than tax cuts, but uses the national debt that he has helped increase as a reason for cutting social programs for the middle and working class.
When the Trump administration got rid of the "overwhelmingly popular" Net Neutrality laws, Paul Ryan prevented the Senate from holding a vote to have Net Neutrality reinstated at the behest of the public because for Paul Ryan whatever the general public wants, they shouldn't get it.
