This week when Secretary of State Mike Pompeo went to Riyadh to have meetings with Saudi officials about the disappearance of Journalist Jamal Khashoggi, State Department spokeswoman, and former Fox News host, Heather Nauert looked to be more on vacation than working at the expense of taxpayer money over the murder of a U.S. resident.
Nauert posted on Instagram a picture of her standing in front of the capital city of Riyadh:
If you can't read that post on the side, it reads:
Never said that it makes it alright. Never even implied that. What do you want the spokesperson to do? We all get breaks at work and she's no different. She's not an investigator.
That was in response to:
Oh right, he’s not a US citizen, just a resident. That makes it ok to act like she’s on vacation. Just another amateurish “not get it” move.
My thoughts are if she's going to go and present herself like she's on vacation more than she seems worried that a journalist was murdered, why couldn't she have just stayed home?
Instead, she seems to have taken taxpayer money and set it on fire.
One person wrote, "Looks like a great trip, enjoy!" With the hashtag: RIPJamal.
She's not on a trip, again, she is there because Saudi Arabia clearly murdered a journalist. How fucking dim-witted is this person?
Another Instagram commenter said:
The haters are out in force i see , thats what they are brainwashed to do . You look beautiful and you are doing a great job.
I'm not brainwashed. I'm just wondering when is anyone in this administration going to act like they care that a U.S. resident and journalist was brutality murdered?
Trump's supporters not caring that a journalist was murdered, because Khashoggi was a Muslim, and that they can't grasp the irony that it is their dear leader who is defending Saudi Arabia more than the "secret Muslim trying to destroy America."
That's being fucking brainwashed...
