Taxpayer Money For Corporations That Send Jobs Overseas

Trump likes to brag about the economy, as these tweets show:

His braggadocio goes back to when he told Carrier workers in Indiana after he was elected that he would not allow to their jobs to go to Mexico. That promise was bullshit, as those Carrier workers and their families are the one's most impacted by Trump being full of shit. As Trump brags about numbers, he has lied to the faces of workers who lost their job.

Politicians always lie during the campaign, during rallies, during debates, Trump is not the first or last to, but rare is it for a politician to lie to a group of people so personally. Look up "Big Bill" Haywood, Trump is the complete opposite of that.

According to a report by Good Jobs Nation, corporations have shipped 1400,000 Jobs since Trump has been elected, which included 700 jobs from the Carrier plant in Indiana.

According to George Faraday, author of the report, corporations who have received taxpayer money, have done their own fair share of "offshoring."

George Faraday writes, (underlined emphasis mine):

More than 13,000 of these jobs were lost at major corporations that have been awarded billions of dollars in federal contracts by the Trump administration, such as General Electric, AT&T, and Carrier’s parent company, United Technologies (UTC).

These corporations have been awarded at least $51 billion in taxpayer-funded contracts since Trump took office, including more than $900 million to AT&T and $2.6 billion to UTC.

According to Faraday, "the top 100 federal contractors have offshored jobs at an annual rate of 8,363 jobs per year since Trump was elected," and that the rate is roughly tripled to the Obama administrations.

It's not surprising that the highest level of offshoring is done by those in the red, the party that increases spending and cuts revenue. You can't expect them to know how to use money all that well.

As Chris Hedges notes, the world bank's have "injected trillions" of bullshit currency into the global financial system. That the global debt is $325 trillion more than that of the world's GDP. Trump isn't going to change the system, but he isn't going to fix it. Just because Obama's years weren't as bad, doesn't meant it was all that good either. You're better than Trump as president, congratulations.

The top two top companies that receive federal contracts, and sending jobs away are General Motors, and Boeing.

When someone talks about how well the economy is doing, and that Trump has made America great again. You say, $51 billion to companies who then offshore over 13,000 jobs in return for getting tax payer money.
