The Donald Trump Elizabeth Warren Saga Could Only Happen In This Stupefying Era

Screenshot: Twitter

While at a rally in Montana, Donald Trump said that he would donate a million dollars to charity if Rep. Elizabeth Warren (D-Mass.) took a DNA test to see whether or not she had a Native American ancestor:

Trump calling Elizabeth Warren "Pocahontas" is well known, and the list of things that makes Trump an ungodly douchebag is so long you forget that he called her "Pocahontas" while standing right next to Navajo Code Talkers:

Donald Trump is such a narcissistic asshole. "They" is him, but he is really proud of the joke.

What makes that joke disgusting is not that he's attacking Warren for her Native American heritage, or lack thereof, but of his history of insulting Native Americans:

Trump would know who is Native American, and who isn't.

On Monday, while being asked about the news that it's likely that Warren does have a Native American ancestor, instead of saying that he would follow through with his proclamation, Trump said that he would not donate the money unless he could give her the DNA test personally and that she should apologize for how little Native American DNA she has:

Lie, not deliver on a proclamation, deflect, classic Trump.

Furthermore, that's gross. I'm sure the thought of Trump getting blood from her will be a nightmare in her sleep for the next week.

One could certainly find reasons to be disappointed by Warren's decision to talk about her Native American roots, but Trump blows her out of the water with regards to insulting Native Americans.

Just over a month ago, Donald Trump asked Native Americans a question he asked the African American community:

The irony and the utter stupidity and cognitive dissonance of Trump has allowed him to forget that he has nominated Supreme Court Judges who have hurt Native Americans right to vote, via The Hill:

“Native Americans can live on the reservation without an address. They’ve lived in accordance with the law and treaties, but now all of a sudden they can’t vote. There is no good reason that a P.O. box is not sufficient to vote,” Standing Rock Chairman Mike Faith said in a press release.

“Why is it getting harder and harder for Native Americans to vote? This law clearly discriminates against Native Americans in North Dakota. Our voices should be heard and they should be heard fairly at the polls just like all other Americans,” he added.

As noted by The New Republic, Donald Trump had ties to the building of the Dakota Access Pipeline. Something that Native Americans living in the area did not want.

Someone brought this up on Twitter, on Columbus Day:

It seems like to me that Donald Trump thinks everybody is a Republican:

I know we don't see things eye to eye Trump, and I call you names, but I'm going to give you advice for you right now.

Not every person in this world are a Republican.....
