On the deadliest day for American Jews, Trump made sure to be himself: say stupid shit, insult people.
When asked for comment on the mass shooting at a Pittsburg synagogue, Trump called it a "terrible thing" and the "terrible thing what's going on with hate in our country." As noted by others, just a day before, Donald Trump was criticizing "globalists," which is a code word for "Jews" in the anti-Semitic world.
But Trump was not done. When he was asked about gun laws, Trump said that if the synagogue had "protection," the "results would been far better."
You just experienced by far the worst and most traumatic day of your life, but the President is going to tell you it's your fault.
What a piece of shit....
I don't want to take actions that may piss off my base, which why it's called leadership, but I also don't want to have to do work. So, I'm just going to say something that requires little thought, and say that they should have guns in a place of worship.
It's awesome to think about the possibility of places of worship being armed as though we are living in some war torn, near apocalypse kind of country.
